At the request of the City Council, the City attorney or other
prosecuting attorney for the City may file an action in a Court of
competent jurisdiction to:
11.01.A
Enjoin
the violation or threatened violation of a requirement established
by, or adopted by the City Council under the terms of these regulations,
and/or
11.01.B
Recover
damages in an amount adequate for the City to undertake any construction
or other activity necessary to bring about compliance with a requirement
established by, or adopted by the City Council under the terms of
these regulations.

A person commits an offense if the person knowingly or intentionally
violates a requirement established by, or adopted by the City Council
herein. An offense under this subsection is a Class B misdemeanor
for which a criminal penalty is prescribed by Section 212, Local Government
Code.
