There shall be no burning of leaves, brush, lumber, paper products or other refuse except in incinerators approved by the Tompkins County Health Department.
The Village Board may authorize the Superintendent of Public Works or a Fire Department to burn solid or liquid fuels, structures, lumber, brush, grass, leaves, or other refuse, provided that all permits required by the Health Department or the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation are obtained and complied with.

Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a violation and the violator shall be punished as set forth on the Village of Dryden Fine Schedule, which Fine Schedule may be established by resolution and thereafter amended from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees.
