Every residential and commercial utilities’ customer in the city limits is required to accept and be provided with all city utility services available at their location. Residences shall receive one utility bill monthly that will include itemized charges for each utility service. City utilities are water, wastewater, garbage, and drainage fee. Commercial properties will be billed by the city for all utility services with the exception of garbage.
