(a) 
No person or persons, lot or plot owner or owners, or company, or corporation, or association, shall burn grass, brush, or refuse within the limits of the town, unless with the approval and consent of the chief of police of the town.
(b) 
Any person, firm, company, association, or corporation, or their agent, servant or employee, violating any of the provisions of this section, where a penalty is not otherwise provided, shall, upon conviction in the municipal court of the town, be fined in any sum in accordance with the general penalty provided in section 1.01.009 of this code for each and every day that any person shall fail, omit, neglect, or refuse to do any act required by the terms of this section, or if they shall do any act in violation of the terms of this section, they shall be subject to the penalty within provided for, not exceeding the amount provided in the general penalty provided in section 1.01.009 of this code for each and every day that such person shall act, or fail to act, in violation of this section.

(a) 
Definition.
For the purpose of this section, firework means any composition or device designed for the purpose of producing a visible and/or audible effect for entertainment by combustion or detonation. Fireworks include, but are not limited to, firecrackers containing any amount of explosive composition and/or aerial shells containing any amount pyrotechnics composition.
(b) 
Fireworks prohibited.
(1) 
No person shall discharge any form of firework or other pyrotechnics within the town limits.
(2) 
No person shall permit or allow the discharge of a firework or pyrotechnic on real property owned by or in control of said person.
(c) 
Penalty.
Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00).

The town, by and through its town council, hereby adopts procedures and requirements concerning the construction, erection and installation of liquefied petroleum gas tanks located on properties within the corporate limits of the town as set forth in the 2011 edition of the National Fire Protection Association 58: Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code, as amended or revised, incorporated herein for all purposes. No person, corporation or association shall construct, erect or install any liquefied petroleum gas tank within the corporate limits of the town without compliance with the procedures and permitting process set forth therein. A copy of the code is on file and is open for inspection in the offices of the public works department of the town.

The mayor or his designee is hereby authorized and directed to implement the applicable provisions of this article.

Any person, corporation or association violating any provision of this article, including the procedures and permits adopted hereby and incorporated herein, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100.00 and not more than $500.00, and each day of violation shall be deemed a separate offense. Provided, however, compliance may further be brought through injunctive relief in the district court.
