Pursuant to the Environment Article of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, § 4-201 et seq., and Chapter 26.17.02 of the Code
of Maryland Regulations, the Mayor and Town Council of Colmar Manor
hereby adopts the Prince George's County Code, Subtitle 21. Division
3, Stormwater Management, as amended, and any regulations issued thereunder
pursuant thereto as the stormwater regulations for the Town of Colmar
Manor.
