Annual City election. The annual City election shall be held on the first Tuesday in April or on such other date as prescribed by state law.

Whenever three or more candidates file nomination papers, candidates for elective City offices may be nominated by a nonpartisan primary conducted pursuant to § 8.05(4), Wis. Stats. Such candidate shall file with his/her nomination papers a declaration that he/she will qualify for the office to which he/she may be elected.
Pursuant to the Wisconsin Statutes, there is hereby established one set of election officials to conduct all elections in the wards of the City which shall consist of seven election inspectors. However, the City Administrator, in his/her capacity as City Clerk, shall have the power to limit the number of election officials. The City Administrator, in his/her capacity as City Clerk, shall determine in advance of each election whether the number of election officials for such election should be reduced from the number prescribed by the Wisconsin Statutes, and if such a reduction is so determined, the City Administrator, in his/her capacity as City Clerk, shall further redistribute duties among the remaining officials, provided that there are an odd number of election officials.

In accordance with § 5.15, Wis. Stats., the wards of the city are hereby established, and the boundaries are described as follows. The boundaries of the wards are as illustrated on the map attached hereto. Unless otherwise indicated, all references to streets, avenues, places or other rights-of-way are references to the center lines of such streets, avenues, places or other rights-of-way:
A.
First Ward. The boundary of the First Ward is described as follows: All of that portion of the City of Weyauwega bounded by the following described line: Commencing at the intersection of E Sumner Street and S Pine Street; thence East along E Sumner Street to its intersection with S East Street; thence North along S East St to its intersection with E Alfred Street; thence East along E Alfred Street to its intersection with the City of Weyauwega corporate limits; thence Southerly and Westerly along said corporate limits to its intersection with the Southwest Corner of Lot 10 Block 8 of Goetschins & Woodheads Addition to Weyauwega; thence East along the South line of Block 8 of said Addition to La Salle Street; thence North along La Salle Street to its intersection with W High Street; thence East along W High Street to its intersection with S Emerald Street; thence south along S Emerald Street to its intersection with W Birdsall Street; thence East along W Birdsall Street to its intersection with S West Street; thence North along S West Street to its intersection with W Parker Street; thence East along W Parker Street to its intersection with S Pine Street; thence North along S Pine Street to the Point of Beginning. Except that part that lies within the Town of Weyauwega. This ward will be part of Supervisory District 19 and consists of 594 people.
B.
Second Ward. The boundary of the Second Ward is described as follows: All of that portion of the City of Weyauwega bounded by the following described line: Commencing at the intersection of E Main St and N Mill St (aka State Highway 110); thence North along N Mill St to its intersection with County Road X and the City of Weyauwega Corporate Limits; thence Easterly and Southerly along corporate limits to its intersection with E Alfred Street; then West long E Alfred Street to its intersection with S East Road; thence South along S East Road to its intersection with E Sumner Street; thence West along E Sumner Street to its intersection with S Pine Street; thence North along S Pine Street to its intersection with E Main Street; then West on E Main Street to the point of beginning. Except that part that lies within the Town of Royalton and Town of Weyauwega. This ward will be part of Supervisory District 19 and consists of 597 people.
C.
Third Ward. The boundary of the Third Ward is described as follows: All of that portion of the City of Weyauwega bounded by the following described line: commencing at the intersection of N Mill Street and Wisconsin Street; thence West along W Wisconsin Street to its intersection with N Mary Street; thence South on N Mary Street to its intersection with W Main Street; thence Westerly along W Main Street to its intersection with Lakeshore Drive; then Westerly along Lakeshore Drive to city corporate limits: thence Northerly and Easterly along corporate limits to railroad right-of-way; thence Westerly and Southerly along corporate limits to its intersection with Haire Road and County Road AA; thence Westerly and Northerly along the corporate limits to the railroad right-of-way; thence Southeasterly along railroad right-of-way to the intersection of Manor Drive; thence Northerly and Easterly along corporate limits back to Manor Drive; thence South on Manor Drive to south line of the railroad right-of-way, being the corporate limits; thence Southeasterly along corporate limits to intersection of N Mill St; thence South to the place of beginning. Except part that lies within the Towns of Weyauwega and Royalton. This ward will be part of Supervisory District 18 and consists of 303 people.

Fourth Ward. The boundary of the Fourth Ward is described as follows: All of that portion of the City of Weyauwega bounded by the following described line: Commencing at the intersection of E Main St and N Mill St (aka State Highway 110); thence North along N Mill St to its intersection with W Wisconsin Street; thence Westerly along W Wisconsin Street to its intersection with N Mary Street; thence South along N Mary Street to its intersection with W Main Street; thence Southwesterly along W Main Street and State Road 110, just past W High Street to its intersection with the City of Weyauwega corporate limits; thence Southerly along said corporate limits to its intersection with the Southwest Corner of Lot 10 Block 8 of Goetschins & Woodheads Addition to Weyauwega; thence East along south line of Block 8 of said addition, to La Salle Street; thence North along La Salle Street to its intersection with W High Street, thence East along W High Street to its intersection with S Emerald Street; thence South along S Emerald Street to its intersection with W Birdsall Street; thence East along W Birdsall Street to its intersection with S West Street; thence North along S West Street to its intersection with W Parker Street; thence East along W Parker Street to its intersection with S Pine Street; thence North along S Pine Street to its intersection with E Main Street; thence West along E Main Street to the Point of Beginning. Except that part that lies within the Town of Weyauwega. This ward will be part of Supervisory District 19 and consists of 302 people.

A.
Designation of Aldermanic Districts. Pursuant to and in compliance with § 5.15, Wis. Stats., there are hereby created three aldermanic districts from which the members of the Common Council shall be elected in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 10, Wis. Stats. The boundaries of the aldermanic districts are as illustrated on the map attached hereto. The boundaries of each aldermanic district shall be the center line of the streets or other rights-of-way shown on said map. Each aldermanic district shall be comprised of the following described wards:
