It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to sell, offer for sale, or keep in stock for the purpose of sale, fire crackers, cannon crackers, Roman candles, skyrockets, or other species of fireworks within the City of Panhandle.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to burst, discharge, shoot, or make any display with any fire cracker, cannon cracker, Roman candle, skyrocket, or other species of fireworks within the City of Panhandle.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction therefor shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision in Section 1.109 of this code.
