No person shall fire or discharge any kind of firearm within the boundary of the dump ground of the City of Panhandle, Texas, at any time. No person or persons shall be in possession of any kind of firearm while within the boundary of the dump ground other than an officer of the law.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article upon conviction or on plea of guilty, shall be fined a sum in accordance with the general penalty provision in Section 1.109 of this code nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
