No person, firm, or corporation shall park any farm tractor, farm implement, water trailer, pipe trailer, or other vehicle or device commonly used in connection with the farming industry on any street, avenue, highway or alley, including the parkways, within the city limits of the City of Panhandle, Texas, with the exception of those areas specifically zoned for commercial business, industry, or manufacturing, and then only during the hours between sunrise and sunset.
