(a) 
Failure to provide proof of vaccination: Fifteen dollars ($15.00) to obtain the required vaccination through a veterinarian of the city’s choice.
(b) 
Impounding fees:
(1) 
First time pickup: No charge.
(2) 
Second time pickup: $25.00.
(3) 
Third time pickup: $50.00.
(4) 
Fourth time pickup: $100.00.
(5) 
Fifth time pickup: The dog will be put to sleep.
(c) 
Boarding fee: Ten dollars ($10.00) for each day such dog has been impounded.
