Subdividers are responsible for maintaining required improvements
until such time as they are accepted by the City or transferred to
a property owner’s association.
|
The City Council will thereupon, by resolution, formally accept
such improvements. The improvements shall become the property of the
City. This acceptance does not relieve the developer of any obligation
to maintain these facilities as may be required by the two (2) year
Maintenance Bond.
