The standards for residential and commercial fixtures shall
be:
(1) Shower
heads: No more than 2.75 gallons per minute at 80 pounds per square
inch of pressure.
(2) Lavatory
and sink faucets and aerators: No more than 2.2 gallons per minute
at 60 pounds per square inch of pressure.
(3) Wall-mounted,
flushometer toilets: No more than 2.0 gallons per flush.
(4) All
other toilets: No more than 1.6 gallons per flush.
(5) Urinals:
No more than 1.0 gallons per flush.
(6) Drinking
water fountains: Must be self-closing.
(7) All
hot water lines: Insulated.
(8) Swimming
pools: New pools must have recirculating filtration equipment.

The city council does hereby adopt the International Plumbing
Code, 2018 edition as published by the International Code Council,
which code is incorporated herein as if set out herein in its entirety.
A copy of the International Plumbing Code, 2018 edition shall be kept
in the office of the city secretary.
