(a)
It
shall be unlawful for any person to move any building of any kind
into or within the city limits without first obtaining from the city
secretary a permit to do so.
(b)
Before
any such permit can be issued, the applicant shall deposit with the
city secretary the sum of $200.00 which is nonrefundable.
(c)
The
person who obtained the permit assumes all liability for damages incurred.
