(a) 
Each single storage tank for fuel hereafter installed at any retail filling station within the city limits of Teague shall have a capacity of not more than 2,000 gallons. The total combined capacity of all storage tanks at one retail filling station within the city limits of Teague shall not be more than 5,000 gallons.
(b) 
All underground storage tanks installed at filling stations shall meet the specifications of the National Underwriters Laboratories, and generally meet the following specifications: all tanks of 2,000 gallons and under shall be made of at least 12 gauge galvanized steel or 3/16 inch black open hearth tank steel. All tanks made of galvanized steel must be carefully riveted and soldered, and coated on the outside with tar or other rust resisting material. All tanks made of black steel must be carefully riveted and caulked or welded, and coated on the outside with tar or other rust resisting material. No tanks shall have openings or pipe connections except at the top thereof and shall be properly vented, and shall not be connected either directly or indirectly with any public or private sewer, drain, catch-drain or pit.
