City of Teague, TX ARTICLE 11.100 SALES AND USE TAX

§ 11.101

(a) The adoption of an additional one-half of one percent sales and use tax within the city shall be used to reduce the property tax rate.

(b) The adoption of an additional one-half of one percent sales and use tax within the city shall be to “promote economic development.”
