(a)
No person shall operate a bicycle, motor-assisted scooter, neighborhood electric device, skateboard, roller skates, roller blades, or other similar device at any time on the Pavilion located on City Square of the city.
(b)
This section does not apply to a mobility impaired individual using a personal assistive mobility device such as a motorized wheelchair.
(c)
Any person, corporation, or association violating any provision of this section shall be deemed guilty of an offense, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine in accordance with the general penalty provided in section 1.01.009 of this code. The violation thereof shall be deemed a separate offence, and shall be punished accordingly.
