Town of Fairview, TX ARTICLE 1.09 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

§ 1.09.001 County emergency management plan adopted.

The Collin County Emergency Management Plan, Basic Plan, dated September 1989, is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in full herein and to the extent that the same is applicable to the town.

§ 1.09.002 National Incident Management System (NIMS) adopted.

The National Incident Management System (NIMS), released on March 1, 2004, is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in full herein.
