This zone is designated to provide for general ranching and farming under minimum restrictions.

The following are principal permitted uses: the raising of crops, fruits, and vegetables, horses, cattle, poultry, or any other animals on a commercial or business basis.

The following are principal accessory uses:
(1) 
Living quarters for the owners, renters, or persons regularly employed on the premises, but not including accommodations for transient labor.
(2) 
Houses, barns, stables, corrals, and any other buildings necessary to perform the principal permitted use.
(3) 
Recreational facilities exclusively for the use of residents and employees of the premises and their nonpaying guests.
(4) 
Riding academies.
(5) 
Greenhouses.

(a) 
No feedlots shall be established for commercial purposes except as would be required to perform the principal use.
(b) 
No slaughter pens or rendering works or associated businesses shall be permitted, except as would be required to perform the principal permitted use.
(c) 
Minimum land area is ten acres and at no time shall the residential density exceed one primary residence for living purposes per ten acres.
(d) 
(1) 
Maximum height of building: 35 feet or two stories, whichever is less.
(2) 
Minimum setback from front and rear property lines: 35 feet from property line except in case of road easement at which time it will be 35 feet from road easement.
(3) 
Minimum setback from side property line: 25 feet from road or property line easements.
(4) 
Minimum gross floor area: No less than 2,000 square feet living space excluding garage, porches, and breezeways.
(e) 
Specifically prohibited are commercial ventures not related to agriculture including parceling of land or lease or sublease to a commercial venture such as advertising media (outdoor advertising, and the like), fireworks stands, or auto graveyards.
(f) 
No mobile homes shall be permitted.
