(a)
Streets or accessways in nonresidential developments shall be constructed to town specifications as set forth in article 3.16, division 2, of this Code of Ordinances.
(b)
Streets serving nonresidential development (unless a public roadway
such as in an industrial park) shall remain in private ownership,
and the applicant shall execute and provide legal instruments to insure
their continued maintenance and ownership, any such instruments being
subject to the approval by the town attorney.
