(a)
Any person, firm, corporation or business entity violating articles A2.000 through A4.000 of this fee schedule shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined a sum not exceeding $200.00. Each continuing day’s violation under this fee schedule shall constitute a separate offense. The penal provisions imposed under this section shall not preclude the town from filing suit to enjoin the violation. The town retains all legal rights and remedies available to it pursuant to local, state and federal law.
(b)
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of article A5.000 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon final conviction thereof fined in an amount not to exceed $500.00. Each day any such violation shall be allowed shall constitute a separate violation and be punishable hereunder.
