Section 130.150 Service Fee On Returned Checks.

[CC 2008 § 4.090]

A. There shall be a service charge of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) assessed to the maker on all checks written to the City and returned by the payor financial institution unpaid for any reason.

B. The service charge herein provided shall be added to and become a part of the indebtedness to the City for which the returned check was tendered as payment.
