All applications for a special use permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00). This fee shall be used to defray the administrative expenses incurred by the city in administering the permit.

For consideration of an application for a variance pursuant to the zoning ordinance, a fee of $200.00 is established.

For consideration of an application for approval of a final subdivision plat, a fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) is established.

A fee is not required for the submission of an application for a preliminary plat.

(a) 
Property five acres or less.
For consideration of an application for a zoning change on a tract or property five (5) acres or less, a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) is established.
(b) 
Property more than five acres.
For consideration of an application for a zoning change on a tract or property more than five (5) acres, the following fee is established: Fifty dollars ($50.00) plus one additional dollar ($1.00) for each whole acre in excess of five acres.
