(a)
Any violation of this chapter for which no other penalty is prescribed by other law or ordinance shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a fine in accordance with the general penalty provision found in Section 1.109 of this code.
(b)
Each day that a violation occurs may be treated as a separate offense.
(c)
In addition to the above prescribed penalties the city may, at its discretion pursue civil remedies, including temporary and permanent injunctive relief. Criminal and civil enforcement may be pursued consecutively, alternatively, or concurrently.
