Required Permits.

A. 
Generally.
Administrative permits are permits that are generally issued by the Building Official without a requirement for a public meeting or hearing.
B. 
Administrative Approvals and Permits Established.

Other development permits may also be required by this UDC, state or federal law, or the building code (see Chapter 150, Building Regulations, [Article 4.02] of the Cuero Code of Ordinances).
