It shall be unlawful for any person below the age of seventeen (17) years to come in or upon any building or ground customarily used for public school purposes between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. unless such person is engaged in a regularly supervised activity of such school or is in attendance at a program or function of such school to which the general public is invited.
