There shall be charged for water services in the city for each month the following rates, to be effective on all water bills on and after August 1, 2008:

There shall be charged for sewer services in the city for each month the following rates:

There shall be changes upon remittance of debt owed to the city, plus penalty, the occupant of the house or building to which such services have been rendered, shall receive such services upon payment of fifty dollars ($50.00) for turning the meter and resupplying said services.
