Any person operating a vehicle, motor vehicle, motorcycle, bicycle,
or any other motor or otherwise propelled vehicle, whether by human
power or otherwise, who shall approach an intersection with a stop
sign located in the street facing such person shall stop in obedience
to such stop sign at the entrance to such intersection where such
stop sign is erected, and after so stopping shall proceed cautiously,
yielding to vehicles not so obligated to stop which are within the
intersection or approaching so closely as to constitute an immediate
hazard, but may then proceed. Any person who shall fail or refuse
to comply with these requirements shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

All persons driving or operating an automobile, motorcycle,
or other motor-driven vehicle or horse-driven vehicle shall keep such
automobile, motorcycle or motor-driven vehicle or horse-driven vehicle
upon the right-hand side of the street and to the right of the center
of the street.

or other motor-driven vehicle or horse-driven vehicle shall turn such
automobile, motorcycle, or other motor-driven vehicle or horse-driven
vehicle only at the intersection of two streets.

It shall be unlawful for any driver or operator of any wagon,
carriage, buggy, or other vehicle, or of any motor-driven vehicle,
to stop the same in, upon or across any part of any sidewalk or street
crossing inside the corporate limits of the city.
