It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to be within the boundaries of the city park, located at 203 E. Broadway, from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. during the months of October, November, December, January, February and March. During the months of April, May, June, July, August and September, it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to be within the boundaries of the park from 12:00 midnight to 6:00 a.m.

(a) 
Any person or persons who wish to remain in the city park after the curfew must have the written permission of the mayor.
(b) 
The following are not bound by the curfew:
(1) 
Police officers who are on duty;
(2) 
City employees who are on official business;
(3) 
Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America employees who are on official business.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1.01.009, and each and every day of such violation shall be deemed a separate and complete offense.
