(a)
All plumbing and irrigation contractors shall register with the city annually and shall pay a license registration fee as provided in appendix A per calendar year.
(b)
All
plumbers and irrigators who shall desire to perform work within the
city shall hold a valid and current state license and a copy of such
state license shall be presented to the city at the time of registration.
