(b)
In order
to be eligible for reduced senior citizen rates, the customer must
fill out an application for such rates at city hall, and present proof
that the customer is at least age 65 in order for such application
to be approved.
(c)
Residential recycling monthly service charges are included in the rates stated in subsection (a) of this section.
(d)
For
commercial hand collection, a maximum of four 30-gallon cans per collection
shall be collected twice per week.
