The registration fee for any person, firm, or corporation desiring to engage in the business of electrical construction or of the installation of wiring and apparatus for electric lights, appliances, heating, or power in the city shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per year.

The owner of any substandard building or structure or his or her authorized representative may appeal from the decision of the building standards commission by giving notice thereof within ten (10) days from the date of said hearing and filing with the city manager a nonrefundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).

The fee for a demolition permit is twenty-five dollars ($25.00). If a building permit for a structure to be built on the same property is applied for within 90 days, a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) discount will be given on any applicable building permit fees.

Any person desiring to move or relocate any old or used house, building or structure within the corporate limits shall pay a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) to help defray the cost of processing the permit application.

The owner of a manufactured home shall be required to file an application for a license for rental of the manufactured home. The license shall be renewable annually. In order to obtain such license or renewal, the applicant must pay a $50.00 application and inspection fee.
