Each applicant for a peddler’s or solicitor’s permit shall be charged a permit fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). Applicants demonstrating a valid claim of interstate commerce shall be exempt from the fee requirements herein, but shall be otherwise regulated by the provisions of article 4.02 of the Code of Ordinances.

The permit fee to operate or maintain a junkyard within the city shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).

The permit fee to conduct a parade upon the city streets or to hold a circus, carnival or tent show is twenty-five dollars ($25.00). This fee is nonrefundable, regardless of whether the permit is granted or denied.

The license fee to operate a sexually oriented business within the city shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).

The city fire marshal may issue a permit to conduct a public fireworks display upon the receipt of a permit fee of five dollars ($5.00).
