The following fees apply to the various types of plats and are
due at the time the plat is submitted for approval:
(1) Administrative
plat: $100.00.
(2) Preliminary
plat: $200.00 + $25.00 per lot.
(3) Final
plat: $100.00 + $25.00 per lot.
