Any person violating any section of this chapter or refusing to comply with or obey any order of the chief of police, city manager or city council shall be subject to the penalty in section 1.01.009. Each day such person refuses to comply with the order of these officers or continues the operation of such business or the maintenance of the conditions ordered remedied after being notified shall constitute a separate offense.
