(a)
The
2009 editions of the International Building Code and the International
Residential Code are hereby adopted by reference as if copied fully
herein.
(b)
Within
said code, when reference is made to the duties of certain officials
named therein, that designated official in the city who has duties
corresponding to those of the named official in the code shall be
deemed the responsible official insofar as enforcing the provisions
of said code is concerned.
