(a)
The
most recent edition of the Standard Code for the Elimination or Repair
of Unsafe Buildings is hereby adopted by reference as if copied fully
herein.
(b)
Within
said code, when reference is made to the duties of certain officials
named therein, that designated official in the city who has duties
corresponding to those of the named official in the code shall be
deemed the responsible official insofar as enforcing the provisions
of said code is concerned.
