Any person or persons, firm, corporation, or association violating
any part of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor offense
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed
$2,000.00; and each day such is continued in violation hereof will
be deemed a separate offense. The city, its officers, agents, or employees
are hereby specifically authorized to enforce this article by all
legal and equitable remedies, including but not limited to the remedy
of injunction by a court of competent jurisdiction.
