(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to use the ramps, runways, or any other paved portion of the Denver City Airport for the filling of mixing rigs or airplanes with any sprays or poisons of any nature.
(b)
The handling or use of any sprays, poisons or any other materials or liquids which [may in] any way damage the paved ramps, runways or other paved portions of the Denver City Airport shall be unlawful.
