(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person who is the owner of any cow, horse, pony, mule, jack or jennet, hog, pig, sheep or goat, or any person who has any such animal under his management or control, to keep the same or to allow the same to remain in any pen or in any other place within the corporate limits of the city.
(b) 
Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any provision of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1.00 and not more than $200.00; and any person who shall aid, abet or assist in the violation of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1.00 and not more than $200.00. Each and every day that this section is violated shall be deemed and held to be a separate and distinct offense.

(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any roosters within the corporate limits of the city at any time.
(b) 
It shall be unlawful for the owner, manager, or person in control of any chicken or chickens or any domestic fowl to permit the same to run at large, day or night, within the corporate limits of the city.
(c) 
Any person who shall violate this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00. Each and every day that this section is violated shall be a separate and distinct offense.
