(a) 
Application fee.
At the time of filing the application for a peddler’s license, a fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be paid to the city secretary.
(b) 
License fee.
The applicant shall pay a fee, based upon the duration he desires to engage in business in the city, as follows:
(1) 
Per day: $20.00.
(2) 
Per week: $50.00.
(3) 
Per month: $120.00.

The fee for a permit for an outdoor sale is thirty dollars ($30.00).
(b) 
The fee for a yard sale permit is five dollars ($5.00). (Note: The city commission approved this fee via policy on 7/13/17.)

A flea market owner must secure a business permit from the city. The fee for said permit shall be $100.00 per year.

The permit fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) per tow truck company for a new or renewal permit. This fee will cover up to eight trucks per company. A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will be charged for any additional tow truck.

A person desiring a permit to conduct a taxicab business shall pay to the city secretary a permit fee of sixteen dollars ($16.00) for each taxicab to be operated under the permit during the calendar year.

(a) 
Dance hall license.
The annual license fee for each permanent public dance hall or dancing school permit shall be thirty-five dollars ($35.00).
(b) 
Dance permit.
The fee for a temporary dance permit for public dances or public balls to be held on a limited number of specific dates only shall be five dollars ($5.00).
