The Sealer of Weights and Measures shall be paid such annual salary as the Town from time to time may vote. They shall account for the pay into the Treasury of the Town all fees received by them by virtue of their office.
The Select Board shall establish, and may from time to time amend, the schedule of fees for services provided by the Sealer of Weights and Measures.
