(a) 
Fee schedule.
All building permit and inspection fees are as established by city council.
(b) 
Additional provisions.
(1) 
A design professional, being an engineer or architect legally registered by the state, shall affix his official seal to two (2) copies of the drawings, specifications and data for the following:
(A) 
All Group A, E and I occupancies.
(B) 
Buildings and structures three (3) stories and higher.
(C) 
Buildings and structures more than 5,000 square feet in area.
(2) 
All fees are payable in advance. No refunds.
(3) 
It shall be the permit holder’s responsibility to schedule inspections. Permits that require two (2) inspections will consist of a rough-in inspection and a final inspection.
(4) 
All permit requests submitted shall be issued by the city administrator and possibly by the building code and planning committee.
