The city does hereby adopt and ratify section 11.01 et seq. of title 3, concerning licenses and permits, of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, as the requirement of the city for the existence of all private clubs and permits for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages within the corporate limits of the city, and noncompliance with such code will be punishable as provided in other sections of said code.
