As used herein the following definitions are given:
(1)
Loading zone.
Is defined as a space in front of a business location to be used for the purpose of loading and unloading merchandise by the owner of the business adjacent thereto, and may be used by any carrier for the purposes of loading or unloading merchandise to be delivered or shipped from such location.
(2)
Alley entrance.
Is defined as a building that abuts on or has an entrance to a public alley, that provides access to a street or other thoroughfare for vehicles used in handling and loading and unloading merchandise.
(3)
Space.
As used herein is defined as an area of twenty-one (21) feet parallel to the curb or in the event that the space is in an area where angle parking is permitted, the same shall be eleven (11) feet parallel to the curb.
