It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke in any town building except in those areas or buildings (if any) designated by resolution of the board of aldermen. Any building or area so designated shall be clearly marked with “Smoking Area,” “Smoking Permitted,” or similarly worded signs. Unless smoking is permitted in the entire building, “No Smoking,” “Smoking Not Permitted,” or similarly worded signs shall be posted at all entrances.
