A. APPLICANT APPLICATION FEE DEGRADATION FEE EMERGENCY INSPECTION FEE PERMITTEE PERSON ROADMASTER'S REGULATIONS STREET TOWNSHIP TOWNSHIP CONSTRUCTION STANDARD DETAILS TOWNSHIP ROADMASTER
The following words, when used in this Part 2, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except in those instances where the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Any person who makes application for a permit.
A fee as determined by the Department of Transportation for processing the application required by this Part.
A fee paid by the permittee to the Township to defray a percentage of the costs for resurfacing and reconstructing of Township streets resulting from the depreciation of streets associated with street openings as shall be established and may be changed from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
Any unforeseen circumstance or occurrence, the existence of which constitutes a clear and immediate danger to persons or properties.
A fee paid by the permittee to the Township to defray street opening inspection costs as shall be established and may be changed from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
Any person who has been issued a permit and has agreed to fulfill all the terms of this Part 2.
Includes any natural person, partnership, firm, association, utility, corporation or authority created pursuant to an act of the General Assembly. Whenever used in any section prescribing and imposing a penalty, the term "person," as applied to associations, shall mean the partners or members thereof, and as applied to corporations, the officers thereof.
Includes a public street, public easement, public right-of-way, public highway, public alley, public way or public road accepted or maintained by the Township and all improvements within the limits thereof, including pavement, curbs and sidewalks.

As set forth and adopted in accordance with Chapter 22, Subdivision and Land Development, the Township's accepted methods, materials, designs, details and practices for building and site improvements prepared by the Township Engineer and as approved by the Board of Supervisors by resolution, as may be amended from time to time. Copies of the current Township Construction Standard Details are on file in the office of the Township Manager.
The person appointed to fill the duties of Township Roadmaster, as set forth in § 2302 of the Second-Class Township Code, 53 P.S. § 67322, or his authorized deputy, representative or inspector.
