The city shall assess and collect the following inspection fees:
(1) For all new building construction the sum of $0.04 per sq. ft.
(2) In the event a structure is remodeled, the following charges shall
apply:
(A) Building inspection.
$0.02 per sq. ft. with a minimum
charge of $10.00.
(B) Electrical inspection.
$0.02 per sq. ft. with a minimum
of $10.00
