License fee and fee for renewal of the annual license for any
person to engage in or carry on the business or occupation of billposting,
bulletin painting, distributing, card or banner tacking or any similar
business within the city: $50.00.

The minimum fee for a building permit for a sign shall be the
greater of $10.00 or $0.25 per square foot, with double-faced signs
being counted as one side.
