There shall be a regular meeting of the city council on the
first Monday of each month.

Special meetings may be called at any time by the mayor as he
shall deem necessary.

All meetings may be continued or adjourned; provided, a special
meeting shall not be continued beyond the date and time of the next
regular meeting.

A quorum of the council will consist of a majority of the number
of councilmen established. However, at a called meeting or at a meeting
to consider the imposition of taxes, two-thirds of the number of councilmen
established by that section constitutes a quorum unless provided otherwise.

All reports of expenditures shall be read and approved or disapproved
at the regular council meetings.
