(a)
It shall
be unlawful for any person to have in his possession any alcoholic
beverage, except in the original unopened container in any park within
the city.
(b)
As used
in this article the term “alcoholic beverage” shall have
the meaning assigned to it by the Alcoholic Beverage Code.
